This project transformed a dated three-bedroom semi-detached house into a much larger and more modern four-bedroom, three-bathroom family home. The work included a full double-storey extension and a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment. Upgrades included a new roof, UPVC windows, aluminium bi-fold doors and a complete external render for a fresh contemporary appearance. Inside, the layout was reconfigured to provide a spacious ground floor with underfloor heating, a new Howdens kitchen, bespoke staircase, downstairs cloakroom and modern heating solutions throughout. The first floor was remodelled to include an impressive family bathroom and an en-suite with a double vanity.
