Maxas was chosen by my Mum’s neighbour’s to carry out a rendering project for the two adjoining semi-detached homes.   From the minute we heard from Jay at Maxas to the conclusion of the project, everyone who worked at my Mum’s house were professional and friendly and did a fantastic job!

Thanks to all the team at MAXAS for helping us to create a beautiful home by extending our kitchen and converting our existing loft. My feedback would be that overall we are very pleased with the work MAXAS have carried out for us, they have completed the work to a good standard and have used good quality materials. Any problems we had along the way were very quickly resolved.

James and his team did a fantastic job with our kitchen/diner home extension. They worked hard and they have extremely clean and tidy throughout the entire project, which was very important to use as we have a young family. Any issues were resolved quickly and without hassle. We would have no hesitation in recommending James and the Maxas team, saying that we are delighted with the finished result doesn’t really do it justice!

I would like to thank Steve and the team for an excellent job done on repairing our kitchen ceiling. We’ve now moved back into the kitchen, and it is super to be getting back to normal.

We’re glad we chose Maxas for our building work. James is attentive and helpful and nothing was too much trouble – from start to finish. Apart from a hiccup over some supporting steels which wasn’t Maxas’ fault, the job went pretty much without a hitch. We’d definitely use them again.

This was our first and so far only extension and for us it was a big undertaking, increasing the floor area by a third. James was a Godsend, he helped us understand what was involved, what happens during a build, how it all happens and how much everything costs. We were very wary of the huge impact the building as they could do. We were impressed with the project management, the speed and flexibility of the build and the tidiness of the site, all of which helped us get through the whole process. Costs were adhered to, standards were extremely high and the guys on the site were a pleasure to get to know. The build was finished on time (to the day!) and on budget, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The extension has literally changed our lives (for the better) and we would whole-heartedly recommend James and all the guys at Maxas.
